What databases track SDVOSB past performance and ratings?
CPARS (Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System) is the government's official past performance database, accessible at cpars.gov. Contractors can view and respond to their own CPARS ratings. The Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) aggregated ratings for proposal evaluations but has been merged into CPARS. USAspending.gov shows award history. Vendors cannot see other firms' detailed CPARS narratives, only summary data.
