Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to SDVOSBNews, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use our service.

Subscription and Billing

Subscription Term: SDVOSBNews is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis, with automatic renewal unless cancelled. Your subscription begins immediately upon payment processing.

Billing: You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for your subscription on a recurring monthly basis. Billing occurs on the same day each month.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent months after cancellation.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or cancelled subscriptions. Your access to the service continues until the end of your paid period.

Use of Signals and Content

Subscriber-Only Content: All capture intelligence signals, reports, and analysis on SDVOSBNews are for the exclusive use of current subscribers. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or share signals with non-subscribers.

Internal Use Only: You may use signals for your own business development, proposal strategy, and internal decision-making. You may not resell, republish, or incorporate signals into products or services offered to third parties.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use our service for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to circumvent access restrictions. Unauthorized distribution of signals may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Intelligence Disclaimer

Not Legal or Financial Advice: SDVOSBNews signals are intelligence summaries and analytical opinions, not legal, financial, or business advice. You are solely responsible for making your own business decisions based on signals and for verification of all information before acting.

Curated Analysis, Not Guarantees: Signals are curated summaries of public procurement data derived from SAM.gov, FPDS, and USASpending. We make no warranty that signals are complete, accurate, or that opportunities will proceed as described. Government procurement is subject to change without notice.

Your Verification Responsibility: All data should be independently verified against official government sources before making bid decisions, teaming commitments, or other business actions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDVOSBNews, its owners, and operators are not liable for:

• Any damages arising from reliance on signals, reports, or analysis
• Lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, or lost goodwill
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in government procurement data
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of SDVOSBNews shall be governed by the laws of the state where the service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in that location for resolution of any disputes.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you: violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, share content with non-subscribers, or use the service for illegal purposes. Termination may be immediate and without notice in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized distribution.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
