Governmentwide Acquisition Contract
GWAC
A multiple-award IDIQ for IT that any federal agency can order from, several reserved for small/SDVOSB firms.
A Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a pre-competed, multiple-award IDIQ for information technology that any federal agency may use to place orders, administered by designated executive agents such as GSA and NASA. Several GWACs β for example GSA's VETS 2 β are set aside for SDVOSBs, making a GWAC seat a durable, high-value asset for veteran-owned IT firms. GWACs streamline ordering because the agency-level competition and terms are already in place.
