Proposal Writing & BD

How does source selection work for SDVOSB set-aside contracts?

Source selection is the process agencies use to evaluate proposals and select the awardee. An SSAC (Source Selection Advisory Council) reviews evaluator scores and makes award recommendations. The Source Selection Authority (SSA) makes the final award decision. For SDVOSB set-asides, evaluations are limited to SDVOSB offerors. Request a debrief after award or non-award to understand how your proposal was evaluated.
