Proposal Writing & BD

What happens if an SDVOSB proposal exceeds the page limit?

Exceeding page limits can result in the excess pages being disregarded or the entire proposal being disqualified, depending on the solicitation's stated consequences. Most solicitations specify that evaluators will not read past the page limit. Some solicitations allow the entire proposal to be rejected. Always leave a buffer below the page limit and confirm your count using the government's counting method (which often excludes cover pages, tables of contents, and résumés).
