Set-Aside Contracts

What are the dollar thresholds for SDVOSB sole-source awards?

For civilian agencies, SDVOSB sole-source awards are capped at $4.5 million for services and $7.5 million for manufacturing contracts. For the VA, the sole-source threshold under Veterans First is $5 million for services and $7 million for construction. These thresholds are periodically adjusted. Above these thresholds, competition is required unless a specific exception applies.
