What is the VA's sole-source threshold for SDVOSBs?
Under the Veterans First Contracting Program, VA may award sole-source contracts to SDVOSBs up to $5 million for services and up to $7 million for construction. Sole-source awards are permitted when a contracting officer determines that the requirement can only be met by one SDVOSB, or when there is an urgent need that precludes competition. These thresholds differ from the civilian agency thresholds of $4.5M services / $7.5M manufacturing.
