Mentor-Protégé Program

How do you apply for SBA's Mentor-Protégé Program?

Apply through SBA's certify.sba.gov portal. Both the mentor and protégé must create accounts and submit a joint application including the draft mentor-protégé agreement, a description of the developmental assistance to be provided, and supporting documentation. SBA reviews the application and may request additional information. Approval typically takes several months. The agreement does not take effect until SBA formally approves it.
