Who can file an SDVOSB status or size protest?

Any interested party can file an SDVOSB status or size protest. Interested parties include any offeror that submitted a timely proposal for the contract. The contracting officer can also refer a matter to SBA for review without a formal protest. Agencies themselves can initiate reviews. Third parties with no stake in the contract generally cannot file protests.
