Does a joint venture need its own SDVOSB certification?
No. The JV itself does not need to be SDVOSB-certified β it qualifies as SDVOSB because its managing venturer is an SDVOSB. The JV must be registered in SAM.gov with its own UEI, but the certification is inherited from the SDVOSB managing venturer. The managing venturer must be VetCert-certified at the time of offer and at time of award.
