Can an SDVOSB also be HUBZone-certified?
Yes. An SDVOSB can simultaneously hold HUBZone certification if it meets HUBZone's geographic and employee residency requirements β specifically, the firm's principal office must be in a Historically Underutilized Business Zone and at least 35% of its employees must reside in a HUBZone. Dual-certified firms can bid under either program. HUBZone set-asides have a 10% price evaluation preference in full-and-open competitions.
